What are your bags made from?
|
All our LV bags are made from treated genuine oxidizing cowhide leather that will darken into a darker honey color over time. Very few offer true cowhide oxidized leather. All other bags and products are manufactured using authentic leather and material.

Do the bags come with the tags still attached?

YES. All bags will come with a tag attached.

Do all items come with anything extra?
|
We included envelopes, dust bag, shopping bag and care booklets with all Louis Vuitton bags for NO additional cost. Just as you would have received it if you bought the item from an original store. All other Brands also come with dust bag, care booklet and shopping bag(depending on brand)

Are your products authentic?

The products you will find on our website are NOT AUTHENTIC. They are intended to be used for educational, entertainment and/or novelty purposes. Keep in mind that our products very closely, resemble the original manufacturer's products, and have all proper labeling and accessories. We do not intend to compete with the rightful owners of these companies, we are simply here to supply you with replacement products that can be used at times where your authentic products might be at risk.

How do I place an order on your web site?

To place an order over our web site, simply browse the many items we have available and make your decision. If you want to purchase an item, you can add it to your "shopping bag" by clicking on the "add to shopping bag" button on the page of the product you are interested in. Once you are finished shopping click on the "proceed to checkout" button located inside your shopping bag. The shopping bag link is in the top right corner of our web site. You will then be directed through the checkout process, where you will have to enter your billing and shipping information. After you submit your order, you will receive an email notification and we will begin processing your order.

Do you have a Wholesalers Program?

Yes, please email us your requested quantities and we will work up special pricing program for you.

What if I need to change my order?
|
Please email us immediately so we can arrange to change it before it ships. If the product has been shipped out, we will arrange for an exchange.
